"Over the years, as I reflect upon my days in Marion, I have a chance to give back to the community from which I came," Robert said. "I participated in track and field and cross country, and I learned many valuable life lessons during my time in high school that have served and continue to serve me well even today. It is an honor to be able to start a fund to assist current Marion High School students to have the same opportunities that I have been blessed with. I would like to thank the people in Marion, past and present, who were instrumental in helping give me the confidence to become who I am today.”
